Playjam - Terms and Conditions

1.   This promotion (this 'Promotion') is a prize competition. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to be bound by them and by any other terms, conditions or requirements set out in the Promotion. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not enter this Promotion. This Promotion is offered by Static 2358 Ltd (company number 03364451) whose registered address is at Ground Floor, Block C 5-23 Old Street, London EC1V 9 HL (the 'Promoter').

2.   This Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, but not to any Promoter’s employees or members of their immediate family, or agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this Promotion. By entering this Promotion you represent and agree that:

   1) You are over 18 years of age; and

   2) You are resident in Great Britain.

You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to prove to the Promoter that you are over 18 years old and that you are a resident of Great Britain. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and check their identity.

3.   The opening and closing date and time for entries is as indicated on the Competitions and Promotion page of this site. Any entries received before or after these times will be discounted. The Promotion may also be closed earlier than indicated in the Promotion at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. The Promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any Promotion.

4.   To enter this Promotion you must be a registered member of PlayJam.com. Simply play the game and on completion of the game your score will be submitted to the leaderboard. PlayJam reserves the right to remove any entries from the leaderboard that they deem to be suspicious.

5.   There are no limits to the number of time you can enter this promotion but only one prize will be issues per account holder.

6.   At the close of the promotion a prize of L25 in bonus cash will be awarded to the player who has posted the highest score on the leaderboard during the promotion.

7.   The prize is specified on the Competitions and Promotion page of this site.No alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable.

8.   The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to offer analternative prize of similar value.

9.   Winners will be notified by the email address submitted with their site registration within 28 days of the close of the promotion.

10.   If the prize is physical then the Promoter will endeavour to send the prize to the winner within 28 days of the closing date of the Promotion at the address given when registering with the site.

11.   Where the prize is a cash prize the Promoter will endeavour to credit the winner’s account within 48 hours of the closing date of the Promotion. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner.

12.   Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize winner’s name and image for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid, unless prohibited by law.

13.   If there is a dispute regarding an entry or eligibility for a Prize or claim, or any other matter, the decision of PLAYJAM will be final and binding.
